Whispering Acres is a western style three bedroom, three bathroom home with two large living rooms in spectacular Livingston Montana, the fly fishing capital of the United States.

This home is extraordinary for being completely remote, yet with the advantages of urban conveniences. It sits on 20 acres, with its own private pond, and is only 1 mile from an Albertson's supermarket and 4 miles from historic downtown; 4 miles from the closest fly-fishing point on the Yellowstone River. The house is located 28 miles from Bozeman's national airport. The house sits on 2 levels, with a 2-car garage home is comfortably furnished and has all linens, towels, etc., the kitchen is fully equipped with all tableware, cookware, utensils and appliances, enough to accommodate up to 10 guests. 
On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa-bed, a full bathroom, a very large living room furnished with comfortable western-style furniture, and huge bright double-pane windows allow spectacular views from the Absaroka Mountains to the Crazy Mountains.

The kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer, two wall-mounted ovens, a microwave oven, an electric stove-top on a center island and a dishwasher. There is a wrap around deck and yard, and access to the enclosed 2-car garage. There is a TV, DVD player and wireless internet access throughout the house.

Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and its own private full bathroom. Also, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a very large master bath with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. There is also a spacious den with a queen-size sofa bed and access to the grounds. The washer and dryer are in a separate room.




Summer and winter activities abound in and around Livingston for everyone, such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, world-class fly-fishing, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, golf, rodeos, wildlife watching and art festivals. There are also excellent local restaurants in Livingston and Bozeman as well as local shopping for all.

Yet, the most extraordinary feature is the magical silence of the surroundings and the millions of stars dotting Montana's Big Sky.

Bridger Bowl ski resort offers 90 beautifully groomed ski runs and is just 25 miles from the house. Famous Big Sky is a couple of hours driving. Yellowstone National Park is a 55 minute drive and the Yellowstone river flows about a mile away from the home and leads to gorgeous Paradise Valley. The grounds have a landscaped lawn with automatic sprinklers around the perimeter of the main house.

RATES
This property may be rented on a nightly basis with a 3 night minimum. There is a 15% upcharge on the rate for stays less than 1 week.
